Supervisor, Finance Division

• Full-set accounting: Manage comprehensive accounting tasks using the Epicor system, including issuing debit and credit notes.

• Month-end closing: Lead both internal and external month-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Financial reporting: Prepare and analyze various financial reports, including customer statements, Accounts Receivable Aging, and Accounts Payable Aging.

• Vendor management: Assist in preparing vendor payments and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers.

• Intercompany reconciliation: Handle intercompany reconciliations and prepare accounting schedules and breakdowns.

• Ad hoc projects: Take on additional assignments as required, demonstrating flexibility and initiative.

• Educational background: Diploma or Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent disciplines, bringing a strong foundation in financial principles.

• Relevant experience: 2-3 years of accounting experience, with the ability to apply your knowledge to real-world scenarios.

• Technical proficiency: Experience with Epicor (ERP) or similar systems like Navision (MS Dynamics NAV) or SAP, demonstrating your adaptability to various financial software.

• Language skills: Proficiency in English and Chinese, essential for effective communication with diverse stakeholders.

• Excel expertise: Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, crucial for efficient data analysis and reporting.

• Personal qualities: Independent, responsible, and proactive individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
