Our client is seeking a Supervisor, Customer Services to join their team!What youll be doing?
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and manage a team of customer service representatives, ensuring high standards of service delivery and fostering a positive work environment.

  • Problem Resolution: Respond to and resolve complex customer inquiries and complaints efficiently, demonstrating your expertise in customer care.

  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and implement innovative solutions to streamline operations.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Liaise with other departments to coordinate customer-related activities, ensuring a seamless service experience across the organization.

  • Team Development: Provide training and mentoring to customer service team members, helping them grow their skills and advance their careers.

  • Performance Management: Monitor and report on key performance metrics, tracking team and individual progress to drive continuous improvement.

  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement customer service strategies that align with organizational goals.

Who are they looking for?
  • Customer Service Leadership: 5+ years of experience in a customer service supervisory role, preferably in the Retail/FMCG sector, to bring valuable insights and best practices to the team.

  • Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and stakeholders at all levels.

  • Problem-Solving Prowess: Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle complex customer issues and drive positive outcomes.

  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office to effectively manage reports, presentations, and team communications.

  • Bilingual Communication: Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese to effectively serve a diverse customer base and collaborate with multilingual team members.
