About the Role

The Internship Programme aims to provide meaningful work experience in legal services through a holistic learning environment in four distinct legal practice areas focusing on Cayman Islands and British Virgin Islands law. Our internships are full-time positions with a duration of four weeks during summer. Students participating in our Internship Programme are exposed to real-life work experience, facilitated training, research work and independent assignments.

What You Bring

Applicants to our Internship Programme must be law school students in the second year or above and Hong Kong permanent residents who are at least 18 years of age at the start of their placement. We welcome individuals with varying levels of business knowledge and skills.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Strong written and oral communications skills in English
• Additional language skills such as Chinese, Japanese and Korean preferred
• A consistently strong academic record
• Strong organizational skills
• A high standard of computing and internet skills
• Professional, resourceful and able to contribute effectively in a team environment, possessing exceptional discretion and confident communications skills
• Demonstrates drive and initiative in a busy working environment
• Ability to work collaboratively
