We are hiring for a top-tier financial institution that serves as the main hub for Asias most dynamic and vibrant capital markets, connecting capital, ideas, inspiration, and innovation for deeper, more diverse, and liquid global capital markets.

Your new role

• Develop and implement the overall investor relations strategy, including growth strategy and value proposition to investors, to support the Head of Investor Relations.
• Serve as the key liaison between the company and the investment community, for long-term strategic growth.
• Communicate financial performance and strategic updates to sell-side analysts and manage their expectations of the companys performance.
• Respond to investor requests and attract new investors by representing the company
• Oversee and participate in roadshows, conferences, seminars, and meetings to strengthen the companys services and relationships with external parties.

What youll need to succeed

• University degree in Finance, Business, Economics; MBA, CFA, and/or CPA preferred.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in investor relations, sell-side research, or buy-side research/investment.
• Proven managerial skills and experience leading a team.
• Strong understanding of capital markets and financials.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
