Solution Sales (18-22K + Comm, Telecom, 5 days/8.5 hrs)

Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

  • Conduct outbound cold calls, emails, and networking and pay client visits to generate leads and pitch solutions.

  • Collaborate with technical teams to deliver product demos, trials, and onboarding support.

  • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and provide regular sales forecasts/reports.

Account Management:

  • Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers (IT managers, CTOs, procurement teams).

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.

  • Conduct strategic account reviews to maximize product adoption and upsell opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.

  • 2+ years in sales (Account Manager role) - preferably in Audio Visual (AV), UCaaS, or cloud communications.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, or VoIP solutions (training provided).

  • Ability to translate technical features into business benefits.

  • Strong cold calling, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused.
