Solution Sales (18-22K + Comm, Telecom, 5 days/8.5 hrs)
Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
Conduct outbound cold calls, emails, and networking and pay client visits to generate leads and pitch solutions.
Collaborate with technical teams to deliver product demos, trials, and onboarding support.
Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and provide regular sales forecasts/reports.
Account Management:
Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers (IT managers, CTOs, procurement teams).
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
Conduct strategic account reviews to maximize product adoption and upsell opportunities.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
2+ years in sales (Account Manager role) - preferably in Audio Visual (AV), UCaaS, or cloud communications.
Familiarity with Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, or VoIP solutions (training provided).
Ability to translate technical features into business benefits.
Strong cold calling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused.
