Main purpose of the role:

• We are seeking Equity Structured Products lawyers available for an exciting interim client assignment with a client expanding business in Hong Kong and Greater China.

 Person specification:

• You are a qualified lawyer with 4 - 7 years PQE.

• You are commonwealth qualified with experience in Equity Structure Products.

• You will have trained at a top tier law firm and will ideally have inhouse financial services experience.

• You can speak and draft traditional and simplified Chinese with business proficiency.

• You are able to act independently, whilst also working effectively as part of a team.

• You have the ability to juggle multiple matters, prioritise work effectively and provide timely solutions in a busy, fast - paced environment.

• You are commercially minded.
