Senior Sustainability Manager

As the Sustainability Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing the companys sustainability strategy, focusing on ESG and sustainability reporting frameworks such as GRI, TCFD, and SASB. Your primary goal will be to ensure accurate and timely ESG data collection, analysis, and reporting in alignment with international standards. You will also play a crucial role in enhancing the companys ESG ratings through strategic initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.

Responsibilities:
              • Develop, implement, and monitor the companys sustainability strategy in alignment with global ESG frameworks (GRI, TCFD, SASB, etc.).
              • Lead the collection, analysis, and reporting of ESG data to stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
              • Collaborate with internal teams to identify key sustainability performance indicators and set targets for improvement.
              • Conduct regular assessments and audits to ensure compliance with ESG regulations and standards.
              • Drive initiatives to enhance the companys ESG ratings and reputation in the market.
              • Engage with investors, regulators, and other stakeholders on ESG-related matters.
              • Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in sustainability and ESG reporting.

Requirements:

              • Bachelors degree in sustainability, environmental science, business, or a related field.
              • Minimum of 12 years of experience in sustainability management, ESG reporting, or related roles.
              • Strong understanding of global ESG frameworks and sustainability best practices.
              • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate complex data effectively.
              • Proven track record of improving ESG performance and ratings in a corporate setting.
              • Experience working in the consultancy side is a plus.
              • Strong communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
