Senior Sales Manager (Pharma/Healthcare)

About the roleThis is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our client, a sizable & leading pharmaceutical and healthcare company in Hong Kong. As the Senior Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the companys sales strategy and expanding its presence in the local market.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales plans and strategies to acquire new customers and increase market share

• Conduct regular field visits to understand the sales situation and drive sales growth

• Negotiate contracts and close deals with key customers

• Collaborate with inventory management/supply chain team to ensure product availability

• Analyze sales data, market trends, competitor activities and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth

• Prepare sales forecast and performance reports to senior management

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree or above

• Minimum 10 years of sales/business development experience in pharmaceutical and/or consumer healthcare industry.

• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to develop strategic sales plans

• Strong analytical skills, proven experience in conducting market analysis and making recommendation to drive growth based on market intelligence/insight 

• Ability to build and maintain strong partner relationships and collaborate effectively

• Fluent English, Cantonese & Mandarin

Less experienced candidate will be considered for Sales Manager
