SENIOR SALES ENGINEER (32K-35K X 13) - Europe MNC building service equipment brand owner & manufacturer (Tsuen Wan)

• Key customers : government, public utilities, airport....etc
• Hong Kong : sales office for Hong Kong and Macau market
• We are looking for SENIOR SALES ENGINEER - with details as follows :

THE JOB : 

• Report to Sales Director
• Job summary : key customer relationship management + participate in project management
• Job purpose : support the Sales Director to implement the long-term strategy; focus in key customer relationship management and participate in project management
• To cooperate with technical support engineer / factories for the quotation/ tender, proposal and goods delivery
• To keep the good relationship with customers, specially defined key customers/ key projects.
• To visit customers regularly for understanding customers requirements/ need.
• To build the long-term strategy relationship with customers.
• To support company to meet HK & Macau business strategy.
• To handle customers complaint and provide solution (customer satisfaction).
• To coordinate with the agent / distributor for business achievement if need.
• Degree in Engineering / Building Service / Mechanical Engineering / Construction ..... or related subject
• 3+ years sales experience in building service equipment/products, or building services related .... or equivalent
• Knowledge in pump or valve business, or water building service equipment is a big plus
• Proficient in English & Cantonese
• 5 days work
• Annual leave : 15 (1st yr) to 20 days (max)
• 13 months salary + performance bonus
