Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to customers

• Achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer service, product knowledge, and basic operational procedures

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers by providing an excellent customer experience

• Excellent cross-selling skills

• Customer-oriented, good communication and interpersonal skills

• Participate in stock management and maintain the floor display area and merchandise

 Requirements

• At least 3 years of luxury retail industry or store operation experience

• Good command of English, Mandarin, and Cantonese

• Able to work independently

• Immediately available or short-time notice is highly preferred
