Senior Retail Leasing Officer

• Handle daily leasing operations, including new lettings, renewals, and negotiations, while conducting property inspections and overseeing handovers.

• Conduct market research, engage in direct marketing, and perform cold calling to identify and secure new leasing opportunities.

• Prepare regular reports, coordinate premises takeovers, manage fitting-out and renovations, and handle tenancy administrative work.

• Address leasing enquiries professionally and prepare offer documents, letters, and leasing proposals to meet client needs.

• Contribute to rental forecasts and prepare comprehensive leasing reports to support business decisions.

• Degree holder in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or related disciplines.

• Minimum 4 years experience in property leasing, with a proven track record of success in the field.

• Familiarity with leasing management software or systems is highly preferred

• Strong PC skills, particularly in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, to effectively manage documentation and presentations.

• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
