SENIOR PROPERTY OFFICER (5-day work)

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the day-to-day property management of a commercial / office building.

• Handle tenants complaints and liaise with owners and tenants.

• Monitor and supervise the work and performance of contractors.

• Attend Owners Committee meetings and prepare regular reports.

• Monitor daily operation for property management, cleaning, and security services.

• Coordinate repair & maintenance works, improvement projects, interior fitting out work and reinstatement works.

• Other ad-hoc assignments as required.

Job Requirements:

• University degree or above in Property Management or related disciplines.

• At least 4 years of relevant working experience.

• Strong interpersonal skills; able to work independently and under pressure.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and word processing.

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.

• Familiar with DMC, BMO and building management related ordinances.

• Experience in dealing with IO and OC is an added advantage.
