Senior Project Executive / Project Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the processing of all building licensing applications.

• Support the processing of variations to building licensing applications, including but not limited to additions or removals of license types.

• Assist in the preparation and amendment of compliance documentation to facilitate licensing applications.

• Keep abreast of new regulatory changes and developments, and communicate relevant updates to the relevant teams.

• Conduct analysis and remain informed of industry building license regulations and amendments to enable the company to adapt proactively to market trends and requirements.

• Contribute to the organization and enhancement of the companys internal marketing and bidding frameworks to strengthen and optimize the business planning team.

• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements 

• Bachelors degree in Building Studies / Building Management or equivalent.

• At least 8 years of comprehensive experience in Building Construction Industry, preferably in main contractors.

• Familiar with statutory/license requirements.

• Possesses strong professional knowledge of Hong Kong building codes, including safety regulations and mechanical and electrical engineering standards, with familiarity extending beyond these areas.

• Willing to review applicable regulatory guidelines and requirements on an ongoing basis.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Self-driven by a positive mindset and a strong sense of accountability.

• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (fluency in Mandarin is a required).

• Proficiency in MS Office application and Chinese word processing.

• Immediate available or in short notice is highly preferred.
