Senior Officer(Program) - Safety Training, HKIC

The applicant must possess

1. a recognised degree;

2. a minimum of 5 years post-qualification work experience in administration in education organization is highly preferred;

3. strong skills and experience of course programming, procurement system, curriculum Design and training materials preparation;

4. good organisational, interpersonal, and presentation skills, and able to work under pressure in meeting student recruitment targets and tight deadlines;

5. strong copywriting and visual creation skills, knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing techniques in Facebook, Instagram, eDM, and WhatsApp marketing ;

6. high computer literacy including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and etc. A good understanding of generative AI and data skills is preferred; and

7. good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).

(Applicants who do not possess the required qualifications and / or experience may be considered for other positions within the organisation.)

Duties include

1. to oversee and lead training programme administrators and assistants to organise safety training programmes within budget and timeline, and coordinate with internal and external parties;

2. to develop and maintain good relationship with industry stakeholders and to regularly review partner engagement strategies;

3. to manage and promote training programmes including to the general public and the stakeholders of the construction industry;

4. to assist in obtaining qualification recognitions from local and overseas professional organisations, educational institutions and government authorities;

5. to perform secretariat duties for training-related working groups and promotion-related activities; and

6. to carry out any other duties as assigned from time to time by the Executive Director.
