Job Duties:

  • Social-First Creativity: Design scroll-stopping visuals (static/video) for Meta, Threads, WeChat, XHS, TikTok, and emerging platforms, leveraging AI tools for rapid iteration.

  • 360° Campaigns: Create omnichannel assets—from digital ads and landing pages to print OOH and event collateral—ensuring brand consistency across touchpoints.

  • AI-Augmented Workflows: Use generative AI for concepting, automate repetitive tasks (batch resizing, alt-text generation), and explore dynamic creative optimization (DCO) for performance ads.

  • Trend-Driven Execution: Adapt designs for short-form video, AR filters, and interactive formats (e.g., Instagrams latest features, Spotify Clips).

  • Collaboration: Partner with strategists, copywriters, and devs to ensure designs align with platform specs, performance goals, and brand guidelines.

Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Visual Communication, or related field.

  • Portfolio showcasing social media designs (posts, ads, stories) + cross-channel campaigns (digital/print).

  • Tools: Mastery of Adobe Suite (Ps/Ai/Id/Ae), Figma, and AI design tools.

  • Social-native mindset: Understands platform algorithms, specs, and what makes content shareable.

  • Omnichannel agility: Comfortable designing for both online (web/ads) and offline (print/OOH).

  • AI fluency: Uses generative tools to speed up workflows, not replace thinking.

  • Bonus: Motion skills, 3D basics, or UX/UI knowledge for landing pages.
