Personal Assistant to Managing Director

Responsibilities:

• Provide dedicated service to Managing Director

• Act as the primary liaison between MD and his family, managing calls, emails and correspondence

• Ensure the effectiveness of daily operations for MDs household

• Monitor personal expenses, handle reimbursements, and assist with basic finance tracking

• Support personal errands, family coordination and ad hoc projects

• Organize family gatherings and travel trips

• Maintain strict confidentiality and exercise discretion when dealing with sensitive information, ensuring MDs privacy at all times

• Work closely with other EAs

Requirements:

• Degree Holder in Business Administration or related field

• Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience as a PA or EA, preferably supporting executives

• Discreet, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidentiality of all information at all times

• A keen eye for detail and accuracy ; Excellent organizational ,time management skills

• Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills

• Capability to perform well under pressure

• Willingness to learn and a can-do attitude

• Flexible working hours , with availability outside business hours ; Willingness to travel overseas as required
