Senior Manager, SAP & E-commerce
We are seeking a Senior Manager to oversee Technology operations in the APAC region. The ideal candidate will have strong IT management experience and expertise in SAP, eCommerce, and supply chain systems.
Responsibilities:- Lead regional Tech initiatives and support global solution rollouts- Manage and operate regional platforms, provide user support- Maintain core systems, support new store openings, manage vendors- Provide operational metrics, performance reporting for continuous improvement
Requirements:- Bachelors degree in Technology or related field- 10+ years IT experience, 5+ years as IT Manager in MNC- Hands-on experience with SAP, eCommerce, OMS, Jda systems-Understanding of E2E eCommerce operations and diverse eCommerce environments in APAC- Strong relationships with service providers in APAC-Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin). Excellent communicator, good presentation skills
