Senior Manager - Risk Management (HK Listed Co.)NEW

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage potential risks that could impact the organizations operations, reputation, or profitability.
• Conduct regular risk assessments, audits, and analyze risk reports.
• Develop risk mitigation strategies and processes.
• Coordinate with different departments to gather information on potential risks.
• Provide training to staff about risk management and promote a culture of risk awareness within the organization.
• Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders about risk management activities and emerging risks.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to risk management.
• Monitor and manage the companys insurance programs.
• Communicate with external auditors and regulators about risk management policies and practices

Education and Experience:

• Bachelors degree in a related field (e.g., finance, business administration).
• At least 10 years of relevant experience
• Experience in Internal Audit/ Risk Management is sizeable companies are preferred
• Several years of experience in risk management or a related field.
