Senior Human Resources Officer

The Hong Kong Trade Development Council (“HKTDC”), the statutory organisation promoting Hong Kongs external trade, seeks a dynamic and high caliber professional to join our Human Resources Department.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a business partner in providing quality human resources services to the designated portfolio
• Coordinate with the hiring managers to manage the talent acquisition process including candidate sourcing, interview arrangement, selection and the necessary documentations for onboarding
• Provide quality support services in the staff movement and off-boarding logistics
• Handle related enquiries in accordance with the Councils policies and processes
• Assist in planning and executing human resources strategies to meet the operational needs of the departments
• Support annual exercises such as performance appraisal
• Compile management reports, maintain data update in the HR system, filing and other administrative duties

Requirements:

• University graduate in Human Resources, Business or other related disciplines
• Minimum 4 years of solid experience in HR operations, preferably with sizable organisations
• Hands-on experience in HRIS system
• Mature, pleasant, service-oriented and attentive to details
• A good team player with good Interpersonal and communications skills, able to deal with colleagues at different levels
• Well-versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related statutory regulations
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, preferably fluent in Putonghua
• Multi-tasking and able to meet tight deadlines

 Candidates with less relevant experience can be considered for Human Resources Officer. 

Remuneration and Benefits:

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. A competitive remuneration and benefits package, including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be offered.
