Responsibilities

  • Drive and achieve individual and team sales targets, taking accountability for sales performance.

  • Warmly welcome every client and provide the best customer experience.

  • Provide professional advice to clients across the brand and all product categories.

  • Build long-term relationships with clients to promote brand loyalty.

  • Actively participate as a team member in all activities that contribute to the overall objectives of the store.

  • Learn and master brand and product knowledge.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years working experience in fashion / luxury industry

  • Self-motivated, mature and good team-player

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client relationship skills.

  • Strong product knowledge to support the team in product maintenance, replenishment, display

  • Good command of spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin

  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Style Advisor
