Senior Business Analyst - Conglomerate/Financial/Project Exposure Our client, a leading conglomerate is looking for Business Analyst to join their team to work on one of their largest digital transformation projects under the financial domain. It will be a long-term project involving a large number of stakeholders. They are looking at ways in which they can improve their processes across these areas. The ideal candidate will have:

• 3-6 years experience in BA/PM
• A proactive, passionate personality
• Experience documenting workflow diagrams, user stories and test case
• Experience working with vendors and stakeholders
• Fluency in Canto and Mandarin and English

Responsibilities:

• Perform business analysis and requirement gathering to support business initiatives and project or related issues
• Collect, analyse and document business needs and requirements in Business Requirement Specifications and drafting work flow diagram
• Review IT documents to ensure alignment of understanding of requirements between business end users and IT
• Compile test case and conduct UAT
• Communicate with different stakeholders, BUs, vendors, developer
