Community Host, Flex

• Community Engagement & Tenant Management - Serve as the primary point of contact for overseeing daily community operations; demonstrate proactive engagement and a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure our tenants receive outstanding service

• Centre Operations and Vendors Management - Oversee the meeting room booking and event operations; work closely with the F&B operations team; Oversee and track the expiration dates of centre licenses and liaise with third-party vendors for renewals and maintenance schedules

• Events Management - Manage events from the set-up to the breakdown of events, including any catering needs.

• Data Analysis and Reporting - Support the tracking of expenses, analyse workspace usage data, and prepare various financial reports.
