  • Strategy and Operations - Pension Operations / Administration Advisory (MPF & ORSO)
  • Assist clients in navigating the operational transition to the eMPF platform, including but not limited to optimizing clients pension operations in terms of efficiency, customer experience, and compliance;
  • Assist clients in designing operational procedures, manual, and policies, propose effective new method, suggest effective controls. Support the client in implementing procedure changes smoothly;
  • Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, and task and workflow analysis for projects;
  • Identify and document constraints, assumptions and risks associated with business requirements;
  • Critically analyze business requirements and challenge business units on assumptions to ensure project scope is delivered;
  • Proactively interact and collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to ensure project deliverables would be accomplished effectively.

An ideal candidate possesses:

  • Degree holder with 3-6 years of pension operations experience, familiar with MPF and ORSO operational requirements, related technology trends and common challenges;
  • Knowledge in MPF and ORSO regulation is a definite advantage;
  • Proven experience in delivering business transformation projects and programs. Solid project management experience is a definite advantage;
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Entrepreneurial personality with the ability to solve problems independently;
  • Possess strong eagerness to learn with the ability to develop thought leadership and deliver solutions for clients;
  • Ability to direct high-performing teams across the organization through strong leadership, coaching and mentoring skills;
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin; and
  • Proven Microsoft Office skills with professional command in Excel and PowerPoint.
