About the role

Huayang (HongKong) Shipping Limited is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Accounts Clerk to join our team in Tsim Sha Tsui Yau Tsim Mong District. As a Senior Accounts Clerk, play a key role in maintaining the companys financial records and ensuring accurate and timely reporting.

What youll be doing

• Responsible for Full set daily accounting operations, GL, AR, AP, etc

• Responsible for all day-to-day accounting activities including prepare journal entries, maintain proper accounting records and documentation

• Assist month-end and year-end closing in accordance with the deadline, including monthly schedules and account reconciliations

• To record and reconcile group companies transactions

• To perform any other accounting duties as assigned by supervisor

• Assist other ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years solid accounting experiences, preferably in shipping industry

• Proficient with Microsoft Applications such as Excel, Word, Outlook, experience in accounting software, especially 用友U8+ is an advantage

• Fair command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

• Strong sense of responsibility, detail-minded, high accuracy, mature with positive attitude, good time management and meet deadlines

• Immediately available is preferred
