Senior Accounting Officer

REQUIREMENTS

• Higher diploma or above in accounting, with LCCI certificates;

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the accounting field, with experience in handling monthly reports;

• Strong numerical sense; self-motivated, responsible, and reliable;

• Proficient PC skills including MS Words, Excel, accounting system;

• Good command of spoken and written English & Cantonese;

• Mature, responsible, detail-minded, can meet tight deadline and able to work independently.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Assist with all aspects of the companys accounting functions and operations;

• Control and arrange payments, including fund transfers, cheque preparation, T/T, and e-banking transactions;

• Responsible for Accounts Receivable functions including A/R collections and prepare A/R reports;

• Update bank book and perform bank reconciliations;

• Assist in annual audits, interim reviews, tax-related and govern matters;

• Handle month-end closing, adjustment journals and supporting schedules;

• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by Finance Manager.
