Responsibilities: Responsible for Corporate Sales for the hotel Develop and implement effective business, marketing and sales plans Direct sales activities of the hotel to achieve budgeted goals Visit potential clients to establish business opportunity and drive revenue Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings Support hotels service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience Prepare sales reports and regular analysis of market information Perform other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned Requirements: Degree/ Higher Diploma holder in Hospitality Management or related discipline Minimum 3 years hotel room sales experience Good relations and connection with potential clients network Self-motivated with strong interpersonal and communication skills Good team player and able to work under pressure Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin Computer literate, with proficiency in MS Office Candidate with less experience may considered as Assistant Sales Manager Attractive remuneration will commensurate with qualifications and experience.
