About the role

Sunbond Optix Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive/Merchandiser to join our dynamic team in our Kwun Tong office. As a Sales Executive/Merchandiser, you will be responsible for driving sales, building strong client relationships, and ensuring effective product merchandising to achieve our companys growth objectives.

What youll be doing

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions

  • Negotiating and closing sales contracts while ensuring customer satisfaction

  • Collaborating with the marketing team to plan and execute effective in-store merchandising strategies

  • Monitoring and analysing sales performance, identifying trends, and providing recommendations to improve sales strategies

  • Staying up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments

  • Providing excellent customer service and responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner

What were looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or merchandising role, preferably in the retail or consumer goods industry

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively negotiate with clients

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and provide creative solutions

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools

  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines

  • A self-motivated and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
