Sales Associate

SUMMARYWe are looking for a passionate Sales Associate to join the team, you will be acting as a brand ambassador and responsible for driving sales through engagement of customers. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING…

• Maximize sales opportunities to achieve sales targets and productivity goals.

• Deliver a unique and exceptional customer experience by demonstrating in-depth knowledge of the brand and products.

• Act as brand ambassador to build relationships with new customers.

• Access customers needs and maintain long term relationships with them.

• Share the fashion and market trends with customers.

• Assist in handling merchandise display and stock control.

• Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time. 

YOU NEED TO BE…

• Minimum 2 years relevant experience, preferably in fashion industry.

• Excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills.

• Demonstrate strong sense of high-end fashion.

• Proactive, outgoing, sales driven, able to work independently and on a team.

• Good command of spoken Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
