Regulatory Compliance Lead

Job Responsibilities: Oversee regulatory compliance matters for Hong Kong operations and support global expansion efforts. Provide regulatory advice for trading platforms and asset management businesses. Liaise with regulatory bodies, such as the SFC. Maintain and update the regulatory framework, internal policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with the latest regulatory requirements. Lead and participate in various regulatory compliance projects, including business initiatives, system upgrades, and implementations. Job Requirements: Bachelors degree. 7+ years of regulatory compliance experience in SFC-regulated financial institutions. Strong understanding of the SFO and proven experience liaising with the SFC. Proficiency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
