Description

As Recruitment Delivery Lead You Will:

• Operate and oversee the Sourcing Hub to enhance talent delivery efficiency
• Focus on rapid turnaround, high-volume recruitment, and high-demand markets, particularly within Corporate Functions and Technical roles in the Hong Kong market.
• Collaborate with Operations Teams to define clear goals, objective, sourcing strategies, and processes
• Lead and manage the high performance team to achieve optimal recruitment results across multiple projects
• Drive operational excellence to increase speed, accuracy, and competitiveness in recruitment processes
• Forster strong relationships with internal stakeholders to gain insights into their needs, ensuring efficient hub operations and alignment with strategic priorities.
• Keep abreast of industry best practices and tends to build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future needs.

* A proven experience in a Recruitment Agency, Delivery Centre, or HR Shared Service Centre * Proficiency in English and Cantonese * Excellent communication and cross-functional stakeholder management skills * Strong leadership and team management abilities * Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to leverage data and drive actionable insights.
