Receptionist / Reservation Officer

Spark Concept Limited | Central and Western Distr., Hong Kong Island | HK

Seeking a matured, experienced, detailed oriented, customer-centric Reservation officer to join our professional service team. Role will be responsible for:

- Manage reservations, phone inquiries, and email correspondence

- Assists in event inquiries, bookings

- Warmly greet and assist guests upon arrival

- Coordinate seating arrangements and special requests

- Provide exceptional service to ensure a memorable dining experience

- Assist with administrative tasks as needed

We seek personnel with:

- Previous experience in hospitality or fine dining (preferred)

- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Polished, professional demeanor with a positive attitude

- Ability to multitask in a high-end, dynamic environment

- Proficiency in reservation system (Sevenroom) is a plus
