Hong Kong, China Hong Kong, Hong Kong (Hybrid) The role A Quality Assurance Manager is being sought to support the delivery of Urban Rail Signaling (URS) bids and projects in Hong Kong. The role will be primarily located in the office, however occasional night shifts will be required on-site to conduct inspections and audits. Key responsibilities

• Conducting internal quality audits
• Planning and performing regular site inspections
• Ensuring compliance with agreed quality standards and specified requirements
• Ensuring customer concerns are captured, understood and effectively handled
• Following up on any audit findings and proactively proposing improvement action plans
• Reviewing test certificates and test results (e.g. Static PICO, Dynamic PICO, SAT results)
• Drafting of non-conformance (failure) reports
• Carrying out root cause analysis investigations
• Steering adherence to site configuration control processes
• Monitoring the calibration status of tools and measuring equipment
• If directed, conducting local supplier/sub-contractor audits and factory inspections
• Fostering a ‘first-time-right approach

Requirements

• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Quality Management or related disciplines
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in the rail signaling industry
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001
• Occasional night shifts will be required
• Advantage if candidates have previously worked on MTR or urban rail signaling projects
• Problem solving skills. Team work skills. Ability to build positive relationships with people

Desirable

• ISO 9001 internal auditor qualification
• Knowledge in safety and environmental protection
• Knowledge of the railway industry
• Knowledge of Cantonese and Mandarin
• Green Label (RSI) for MTR works
