Purchasing Clerk

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Purchaser to handle purchase orders

  • Able to communicate with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakholders on follow up sales enquiries and purchase orders

  • Experience in ERP system to manage purchase orders, track inventory, and generate reports

  • Perform other clerical duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Form 5 or DSE graduate or equivalent or above

  • Minimum 2 years or above relevant work experience

  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin

  • Computer literate in using MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Chinese word processing

  • Detail-minded, self-initiative and abley to work Independently and also as part of a team
