Position: Project Manager

Salary: HKD 35,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

1.  Develop market expansion plans and objectives for company projects, and oversee the entire lifecycle of property renovation, construction, and renovation projects, including approval, budgeting, progress tracking, and delivery, to ensure smooth project execution.

2.  Manage daily operations and staff of projects, and supervise business activities.

3.  Coordinate internal departments (engineering, procurement, finance, legal) and external partners (contractors, designers, supervisors) to ensure efficient resource allocation and project progress.

4.  Integrate BIM building management system operations with project specifics for effective implementation.

5.  Apply advanced industry practices, green energy management skills, and innovative property service thinking to enhance service quality and energy efficiency.

6.  Manage major incidents in project operations, mitigate risks, and resolve complex issues to ensure project success.

7.  Maintain strong relationships with government agencies, developers, and industry stakeholders to foster a favorable environment for company projects.

Job requirements:

1.  Bachelor degree or above, more than 10 years of experience in management experience in engineering projects, property renovation, or construction.

2.  Proficient in project management processes, with strong organizational and coordination skills to control project progress and costs effectively.

3.  Knowledgeable in BIM building management system operations and green energy management techniques, and capable of applying them to specific projects.

4.  Possess excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit, and be able to communicate and collaborate effectively with people from different backgrounds, including customers, team members, suppliers, etc., and properly handle relationships with all parties;

5.  Possess strong on-site adaptability and problem-solving skills, be able to make decisions quickly and take effective measures to solve various problems encountered in construction to ensure the smooth progress of the project;

6.  Be able to use Cantonese and Mandarin fluently to better communicate and coordinate with all parties.
