Job Overview

We are seeking a visionary IoT Product Development Manager to lead our groups development in universal IoT connection technology and edge service functions in the building and facility management space. The candidate should also lead hardware and software platform maintenance and updates, and project management.

Key Responsibilities

• R&D: Develop and execute the companys technology strategy, develop and enhance our IoT connectivity and edge computing capabilities in the building and facility management space.
• Product Development: Oversee the design and development of hardware, software and AI solutions, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet customer needs.
• Security and Compliance: Ensure the security and compliance of technology systems and data management practices.
• Budget Management: Manage the technology budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost-effective operations.

Qualifications

Education: Postgraduate degree in information engineering, software development, embedded system design, IoT or a related field.

Certification: Recognized professional IoT application qualification preferred.

Experience: 10+ years of experience in building and facility management IoT specializing in IoT connectivity & edge computing; Proven track record of successfully launching, tech product commercialization, and scaling tech products in Mainland China, Hong Kong and Southeast Asia.

Technical Skills: Expertise in IoT connectivity, machine language protocol in a comprehensive building and facility management scenario coverage (outlined below), machine learning, and edge computing; Expertise in the development of IoT gateway for building automation systems, experience in supporting data docking of various IoT facilities and equipment systems; Expertise in the development of intelligent hardware for IoT monitoring sensors (including fire monitoring systems, water supply & drainage systems, power supply & distribution systems, elevator systems, lighting systems, security systems, computer room systems, HVAC systems, central air-con systems, toilets, energy-saving management & control systems).

Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Required language proficiency (including speaking, reading and writing): Cantonese (excellent), Mandarin (excellent) and English (average).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per month
