Project Coordinator - on site - MiC Building

Our client is a company specializing in building and construction technology. The company is a HK MiC sub-contractor and supplier with factories in China. They are seeking a Project Coordinator to join their project teams and contribute to various residential building projects on site in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in overseeing construction projects.

• Monitor project progress and prepare status reports for project managers.

• Support resource scheduling to ensure team members have the necessary tools to complete their tasks.

• Organize meetings and facilitate communications for the project manager.

• Manage project documentation, including project plans, schedules, budgets and scope statements, as required by the project manager.

• Perform a range of administrative tasks related to project management, such as bookkeeping and billing.

• Support team members while implementing risk management strategies.

• Undertake ad-hoc duties if deemed required.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Architecture, Building Science, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.

• Relevant project management certifications.

• Familiarity with project management processes and software.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Attention to details.

• Proficient in written English and Chinese, with competencies in PC applications (Excel, Word).
