Project Coordinator

Job Description

• Coordinate building construction with consultants and sub-contractors
• Liaise with clients on technical issues when necessary
• Work closely with Project Manager on daily project administration
• Assist in monitoring the site progress
• Liaise with relevant external parties and site personnel in respect of materials, construction sequences, drawing, methods and interfaces to ensure smooth running of the project.
• Liaise and coordinate with clients, architects, consultants and sub-contractors for developing construction details

Requirement

• Higher Diploma or above in Building Studies or Civil/Structural Engineering or Construction Management
• Experience in building / fitting-out works preferred
• Proficiency in PC application including Microsoft Project and AutoCAD preferred
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
