Key Responsibilities：
- Provide administrative support for the Racial Diversity Employment Programme Project.
- Design promotional materials (posters, social media content, publications) and assist with outreach activities (e.g., roadshows)..
- Coordinate and support workshops, job fairs, and other programme events.
- Serve as a frontline contact, handling enquiries from ethnic minority service users and participants.
- Rotate between two service centers in Tsuen Wan and Wan Chai
- HKDSE graduate or above (equivalent qualifications accepted).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and design tools (e.g., Canva); familiarity with ethnic minority dialects is a strong advantage.
- Flexible schedule - must be available for Saturday morning shifts
- Team player, proactive, and able to work independently.
