Product Manager (Digital Assets, Cypto, Defi)-90k

Join our dynamic team as a Digital Assets Specialist, where youll play a key role in driving innovation in digital currencies and fintech products.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth market research and complete analysis reports.
• Support business units in implementing and promoting mature fintech applications to address specific business challenges.
• Develop and manage project implementation plans, coordinating with relevant departments to monitor and analyze progress.
• Advocate for the adoption of innovative technologies and techniques across business departments.
• Collaborate with compliance and risk management teams to ensure regulatory adherence for product projects.
• Stay updated on market and regulatory trends, and anticipate new developments in financial technology.
• Follow directives from superiors and provide timely management and business insights.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree or higher in Business Administration, Computer Science, Fintech, IT, or related fields.
• Relevant banking/FS/Web3 experience in product development and project management.
• Preference for candidates with experience in GenAI, electronic banking, digital products, mobile payments, digital currencies, or blockchain.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to conduct research.
• Innovative thinker with a collaborative team spirit.
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills in managing external relations.
• Strong theoretical thinking ability.
• Proactive and determined in achieving work objectives.
