Responsible：
- Oversee the product roadmap to meet business goals and client needs.
- Manage licensing strategy and prepare documentation for SFC submissions.
- Ensure compliance with licensing conditions and obligations.
- Collaborate with teams to develop product features that meet standards.
- Communicate with SFC and external advisors during licensing processes.
- Work with tech teams to align platform delivery with regulations.
- Monitor regulatory changes and adapt product strategy accordingly.
Requirement：
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
- 10+ years in financial services or fintech, with product leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of SFC licensing and regulations (Type 1 and 4).
- Experience managing product lifecycle in a regulated environment.
- Excellent communication skills across business and tech teams.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute under tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.
