GENERAL DESCRIPTION

As such we are looking for a Product Development Officer to work in our product development team for bags, to provide professional support on sample cost management.

ESSENTIAL JOB DESCRIPTION

• Liaise with suppliers for samples development

• Assist the Design team to develop accurate product brief, project sheets, etc.

• Maintain the organizational structure and of the sample/fabric filing

• Manage sales and marketing materials

• Collaborate with QA team and vendors to drive for technical solutions at sampling and bulk production stage

• Conduct in-depth market research, industrial and competition analysis and positioning

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Higher Diploma or above

• With 2-4 years of experience in product development role

• Knowledge of bags and sundries development and manufacturing is an advantage

• Strong organizational and follow-up skills, as well as attention to detail

• Able to work under tight deadlines

• Ability to build strong relationships across functions and levels

• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
