Procurement Officer

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for sourcing activity including the preparation of RFQ/RFP;
• Monitoring and enforcing the companys procurement policies and procedures to ensure the supplier/vendor is in compliance with applicable regulations & laws and internal companys policies;
• Reviewing, comparing and evaluating products and services, such as sourcing, review and evaluate supplier proposals and invoices, attend vendors meeting and assist vendor selection and management, etc.;
• Maintaining accurate records control; assist to manage and handling documentation for ISO Audits;
• Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts or quotations;
• Develop and implement systems to monitor vendor performance;
• Preparing quarterly saving report for HQ review;
• Coordinate with staff, operations personnel, Finance Department and Legal Department;
• Other ad hoc projects as assigned by the management

Requirements:

• Diploma or certificate holder in Procurement / Purchasing or related disciplines;
• Relevant procurement experience with contractor / tender preferable;
• Good administration skill, attentive to details, responsible and self-motivated;
• Good knowledge in PC software applications;
• Good command of English and Chinese languages, both spoken and written
