Paralegal/ Legal Manager

Our client, a UK based law firm is urgently looking for a Paralegal to join their capital markets team in their Central office.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform legal and company research and analysis

  • Draft, review and proofread documents/ prospectus

  • Conduct legal translation and verification of disclosure documents

  • Assist in on-site legal due diligence trips and meetings

  • Prepare legal due due diligence questionnaires and reports

  • Assist in the whole process of the capital markets transactions and completion

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Law degree holder with at least 1 year experience with corporate finance/ capital markets/ M&A within legal firms

  • Good command of spoken and written in English and Chinese

  • Fluent Mandarin at business level is preferred

  • Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
