Merchandising Manager (Lingerie / Intimate)

Our client is now seeking for high caliber candidate to fill up the following position:

Job Duties:

• Lead the Merchandising department

• Monitoring the critical path from product development to goods delivery

• Keep abreast of the market trend

• Manage customer relationships and changing needs in an effective manner

• Set sourcing strategies for China, Vietnam, and Cambodia as part of product development

• Negotiate and achieve best pricing and terms by devising and executing sourcing and account strategies

• Grow customer accounts by providing insights and directions on business model based on the companys strengths and dynamic global market situation

• Set up sales and sourcing strategies and targets for different sales regions / customers / suppliers and to strive for meeting / exceeding the related KPIs

• Occasional overseas travelling required

Requirements:

• Degree om Fashion / Textiles or related disciplines

• Min. 10 years experience at managerial level in the apparel industry

• Experience in lingerie manufacturing is a MUST

• Station in China for 4 days per week and in HK for 1 day per week

• Proficient in computer applications, such as MS Office / ERP system
