Salary: $17,000 - $40,000 (Based on Experience)

About Us:

High Society Skin Clinic is seeking a highly motivated and professional Customer Service Representative/Shop Manager to be the first point of contact for our valued clients. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional client reception and service (greeting, check-in, refreshments).

* Manage appointment scheduling, including bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling.

* Handle phone, email, and in-person inquiries regarding services, pricing, and promotions.

* Process payments accurately using the POS system.

* Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

* Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge to provide recommendations.

* Manage client database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

* Promote salon services and products, highlighting special offers.

* Resolve client complaints efficiently and professionally.

* Collaborate with salon staff to ensure a seamless client experience.

* Assist with inventory management.

* Support social media engagement.

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent.

* Proven customer service experience, preferably in a salon or spa.

* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

* Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

* Proficiency in salon software and POS systems.

* Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

* Professional appearance and demeanor.

* Knowledge of beauty products and services (preferred).

* Flexible availability (evenings and weekends).
