We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Manager. Reporting to the Director, this full-time and permanent position is based in Hong Kong, allowing you to make a significant impact to our growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the IPO services team in executing public offerings from planning to execution.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored IPO strategies.
• Manage relationships with underwriters, legal advisors, and regulatory bodies.
• Conduct thorough market research and analysis to inform IPO readiness assessments.
• Prepare and review necessary documentation, including prospectuses and regulatory filings.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant securities laws and regulations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in IPO services.
• Work closely with Team Managers, Senior Managers and Directors to develop close and long term relationships with existing clients, potential clients and related working groups.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in IPO services, investment banking, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of financial markets and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
