Management Trainee (MT)

Job Responsibilities

• Business Promotion and Investor Management: Assist in formulating and implementing investor management strategies, actively carry out business promotion activities to enhance the companys brand awareness and market influence. Be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing investor feedback information to provide a strong basis for service optimization. Expand high-quality investor resources through your own network of contacts and achieve the set KPI targets.

2. Project Management: Participate in various projects of the company, including listing counseling projects. Follow up on the project progress coordinate resources and ensure that the projects are smoothly advanced as planned. Assist in formulating project plans and budgets and monitor project costs and quality.

III. Qualification Requirements

• Educational Background: A bachelors degree or above, with a preference for majors related to finance, economics, business administration, accounting, etc.

• Competency: Possess excellent communication and coordination skills and a strong spirit of teamwork. Have strong learning ability and problem- solving skills and be able to quickly master new knowledge and skills. Be serious and responsible at work, have strong stress resistance, and have a keen interest in the business consulting field.

3. Network Resources: Have a rich and high-quality network of contacts, especially in related fields such as investment and finance, and be able to effectively utilize the network resources to promote business development and achieve the performance indicators of investor management and business promotion.

4. Skills: Be proficient in using Office software such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, have basic data analysis capabilities, and have good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. Those who can communicate with international clients are preferred. Additionally, fluent Mandarin proficiency is required.
