Loyalty Platform UAT Tester - Leading Global Consultancy

Our client, a leading global consultancy, is seeking an experienced Loyalty Platform UAT Tester to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UAT testing within the loyalty domain. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting and executing test plans and test cases, identifying and reporting defects, and collaborating with developers to ensure the delivery of high-quality software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for loyalty platforms, ensuring alignment with business requirements and user expectations.

• Develop and execute manual test scenarios and test cases, specifically tailored for loyalty platform functionalities.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure a thorough understanding and testing of loyalty platform features.

• Document and track defects using tools like JIRA, HP ALM, and Confluence, ensuring timely resolution and retesting.

• Apply both Agile and Waterfall methodologies to the testing process, adapting as necessary to project needs.

• Provide detailed test reports and UAT summaries to stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations for improvements.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in UAT testing with a focus on the loyalty domain.

• Solid understanding of manual testing processes and methodologies.

• Ability to write clear, comprehensive, and effective test scenarios and test cases.

• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and ability to apply them as needed.

• Experience with defect tracking tools such as JIRA, HP ALM, and Confluence.
