Devops Lead - Hays

Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of developers (on-site & remote), managing project delivery, hiring, and ensuring high-quality execution. - Oversee cloud infrastructure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security across diverse platforms. - Drive DevSecOps best practices, including automation, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud security controls. - Implement and maintain modern development frameworks to enhance application efficiency and functionality. - Design cloud solutions with a focus on security, performance, and resilience, aligning with industry regulations.

Qualifications & Experience:- At least 8 years of experience in cloud engineering, DevOps, or infrastructure management. - Proven leadership in managing technical teams and overseeing project execution. - Hands-on expertise with cloud platforms (Azure preferred, with exposure to AWS, GCP, AliCloud, etc.). - Strong experience in regulated industries, ensuring compliance and security best practices. - Familiarity with modern frameworks such as Django, React, Spring Boot, Flutter, and related technologies.
