We are seeking ambitious and highly motivated individuals to join our team as Junior Investment Associates. This entry-level role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in portfolio management while working closely with clients in the private banking space. You will receive structured training and mentorship from industry experts to build a strong foundation in investment strategies, wealth planning, and relationship management.

• Client Engagement: Support senior advisors in client interactions, helping to understand financial objectives and tailor investment solutions.

• Portfolio Management: Assist in monitoring investment portfolios, conducting performance analyses, and providing insights to optimize strategies.

• Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that impact investment decisions.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with professionals in legal, tax, and investment teams to deliver holistic financial solutions.

• Training & Development: Participate in comprehensive training to master private banking and wealth management skills.

✔ Bachelors degree in any discipline (Finance-related studies not required). ✔ Strong analytical mindset with keen attention to financial trends. ✔ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with high-net-worth clients. ✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). ✔ Team-oriented, eager to learn, and passionate about investment management. ✔ Fluency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese is a plus.
